How to import CSV include file design

In order to optimize support and save more time in the import order process as well as omit some steps in the camp creation process, TeeAllover officially launched a new import csv feature including design. From now on, you no longer have to create each camp and map product with each order anymore, the fulfillment process will be many times faster and more convenient!
With just a few simple steps, sellers can connect their orders to TeeAllover's system with a CSV file with all the necessary information easily and save time. At the same time, this feature also helps sellers easily control and manage orders when needed.
Step 1: Download new CSV form according this link: https://bit.ly/3v7WSF5
In addition to the same existing fields in the sample CSV file, including: Product, Quaniti, SKU, Name, .... The new sample CSV file will include:
- Tee Product (product code and size)
- Front Mock Up
- Front Design
- Back Mock up
- Back Design
- Extra Design
- Customize
Step 2: Click Import order and Import file CSV
- When uploading the CSV, the system will automatically recognize the fields in the file and map it to the order with all the created information.
Step 3: Click View Lineitems to check order
- Import order has been completed, the system will scan the invoice at 3pm every day and push it to production as usual.
Step 4: Check order and fix when needed

Note: Processing state is the normal state after import for the system to recognize the design.
Just map the fields with the column for the first time, from the second time onwards the system will recognize it automatically.
